We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication and customer service
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and generate new leads
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
