Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, set goals, and develop strategies to drive sales, meet or exceed targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, and priced accurately according to company standards.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle escalated complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with management to place orders for merchandise when needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding store operations, safety, and security measures.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and any operational issues as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and computer software for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the store.
