Responsibilities:
- Supervising Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties, ensuring proper food handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, provide excellent service, and perform their duties efficiently.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing prompt and friendly service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Performance Analysis: Track sales, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to enhance restaurant productivity and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and willingness to ensure compliance.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
