Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate logistics, including equipment rentals, travel arrangements, and venue bookings as required.
  • Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Manage production budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost control measures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members.
