Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring availability and timely restocking.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Assist in creating and maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails, distributing them to the relevant parties.
- Maintain office records and databases, updating information as needed and ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and other business purposes.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in office management software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
