Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the physician’s calendar, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of medical information.
- Assist in managing billing, coding, and insurance-related paperwork, including processing claims.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in Medical Assisting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) as a Medical Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and medical billing software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
