Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and chef instructions.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Sanitize surfaces and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Supporting Chefs and Cooks: Work closely with chefs and cooks to facilitate a smooth workflow. Assist in retrieving ingredients, coordinating timing, and performing tasks as directed.
- Stock Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory by organizing and rotating food items. Notify the kitchen team of low stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Adherence to Hygiene Practices: Follow strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including proper handwashing, handling food safely, and using protective gear as required.

Qualifications:
- No formal education requirements; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
