We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for sewing and assembling various products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine product specifications
- Select appropriate materials, threads, needles, and other components for each job
- Monitor machine operation to detect defects, malfunctions, or other issues
- Perform routine machine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure production goals are met
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in sewing or related field preferred
- Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment
- Knowledge of fabrics, threads, needles, and other components used in sewing
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
