Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned rooms, ensuring all areas are immaculate and well-maintained.
- Change bed linens and replace towels as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces in guest rooms.
- Ensure all amenities are restocked and properly arranged.
- Inspection and Reporting:
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all in-room appliances and facilities are in working order.
- Guest Interaction:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with the training of new team members as needed.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Follow all established safety and sanitation policies.
- Adhere to company procedures and guidelines for housekeeping.
Qualifications:
