Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience, including front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and facilities management.
- Set and achieve performance targets, revenue goals, and guest satisfaction objectives, while maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities and maintain effective communication to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, manage expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant leadership position in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in hospitality management are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
