Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate food service activities, including meal preparation, serving, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Train, schedule, and oversee the work of food service staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, health regulations, and proper handling of food products.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional dining experiences.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in food preparation and service areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a food service or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
