We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Food Service Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the daily food service activities, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to provide exceptional service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate food service activities, including meal preparation, serving, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Train, schedule, and oversee the work of food service staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, health regulations, and proper handling of food products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional dining experiences.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in food preparation and service areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food service or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
