We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The Executive Chef will be responsible for designing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are of the highest quality.

- Salary: 170,000 to 200,000 annually (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Design and develop menus in collaboration with the restaurant management team
- • Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
- • Control food costs by minimizing waste and ensuring that all ingredients are used effectively
- • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times
- • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- • Work with suppliers to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
- • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to continually improve the restaurant’s offerings
Qualifications:
- • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- • Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to create new and innovative dishes
- • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
- • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
