We are seeking skilled and experienced Construction Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out various construction tasks and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate should have previous construction experience, be physically fit, and have the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to, site preparation, excavation, concrete pouring, framing, roofing, and finishing work
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete construction tasks
- Follow construction plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes as required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in construction
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Mix, pour and spread materials
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Pave and rake asphalt
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance work
