Responsibilities:

  • Formwork Construction: Construct and assemble molds or forms using wood, metal, or other materials according to project blueprints and specifications.
  • Measurement and Cutting: Measure and cut materials precisely, ensuring accuracy in formwork dimensions and specifications.
  • Reinforcement Installation: Install reinforcing steel bars or mesh within forms to provide additional structural support for concrete.
  • Concrete Pouring and Finishing: Pour concrete into forms, vibrate and compact it to remove air pockets, and finish surfaces to desired specifications.
  • Formwork Removal: Dismantle forms after the concrete has set, ensuring safety protocols and preserving the integrity of the concrete structures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (X years) as a Concrete Forms Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
