Applicants must be between the ages of 35 and 40 for master’s and PhD programs, respectively. Language proficiency in both Chinese and English is required. All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Chinese Government Full Scholarships-High Level Postgraduate Program at Dalian University of Technology, China 2023-24

• Non-Chinese nationals in good health are required to apply.

• Language Requirements: Students must submit the following English language competency exam results:
  • 1 HSK 4 180 or above for majors related to Science, Technology, Management and Economics
  • HSK 5 180 or above for majors related to Humanities and Social Science and Philosophy.
