Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, redirecting them as necessary and responding on behalf of the organization.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation, maintaining accurate records and databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
Tasks
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
