Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information or redirecting as appropriate. Manage phone calls and correspondence.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents. Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of documents as needed.
