- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for executives and team members, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information or redirecting as appropriate. Manage phone calls and correspondence.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents. Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of documents as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required. Ensure meeting rooms are set up and equipped.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
