Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office or similar software.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests and ensure a hospitable and professional reception.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
