Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office or similar software.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests and ensure a hospitable and professional reception.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
