Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members. Coordinate conference calls and manage shared calendars.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring messages are directed appropriately and responded to promptly.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, files, and records. Ensure data is accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members when necessary.
