We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounting Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  2. Bank Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
    • Ensure timely payment of bills and invoicing of customers.
  4. Expense Tracking:
    • Track and categorize business expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports.
  5. Payroll Processing:
